THE EXPERIENCE IS THE ADVANTAGE

WE'VE SEEN THIS
FROM A LOT OF ANGLES.

Global brands. Healthcare. Technology. Manufacturing. Hospitality. Government. Consumer products. Organizations with big ambitions and organizations with complicated realities.

Different industries sharpen the same skill: knowing how to walk into something complex and quickly understand what matters.

THE GOOD PART IS WE DON'T THINK ALIKE.

SAME STANDARD. DIFFERENT INSTINCTS.

Andy starts with the business. Chris starts with the people. Michaela starts with financial and operational clarity. Different instincts make the plan stronger.

WHY FRACTIONAL WORKS

YOU DON'T NEED
ANOTHER FULL-TIME
EXECUTIVE. YOU NEED WHAT
THEY KNOW.

The role flexes. The standard does not.

01

SENIOR LEADERSHIP. WITHOUT THE FULL-TIME STRUCTURE.

Andy can step in as fractional CMO. Chris brings fractional CCO, brand and communications leadership. Michaela adds fractional CFO and business operations expertise. Engage the leadership you need, with clear responsibilities and the right level of involvement.

02

BUSINESS, BRAND AND FINANCE. CONNECTED FROM DAY ONE.

The value grows when strategy, communications and financial discipline inform each other. A clearer brief. Smarter resource choices. Work with a purpose and a practical plan behind it.

03

CAPABILITY EXPANDS ONLY WHEN THE WORK REQUIRES IT.

The three partners are the core, not the limit. We can bring in fractional leadership and specialist support across research, analytics, paid media, marketing technology, digital experiences, content, design and production. The team expands with the challenge, with one connected direction and senior accountability.

THE RIGHT FRACTIONS.
THE WHOLE BUSINESS IN VIEW.

The fractions can change. The accountability stays whole.

WHAT YOU WON'T GET

ANDY:

A 97-slide strategy deck nobody knows what to do with.

CHRIS:

A creative presentation that wins the room and dies the next morning.

THE TEAM:

Layers of junior people translating what the senior people supposedly meant.

MICHAELA:

Financial reporting that adds complexity instead of helping someone make a decision.

SENIOR PEOPLE.
IN THE WORK.

ENOUGH ABOUT US.
